The school prioritizes physical and mental well-being through activities like sports, dance, and music, fostering teamwork, self-analysis, and various skills among students. Students are encouraged to participate in a range of activities including handball, yoga, Bharatnatyam, Western music, and more, promoting holistic development.

Sports And Yoga

Our school places a strong emphasis on activities and sports to promote physical and mental fitness, teamwork, and resilience among students. Students are encouraged to participate in a variety of games and activities such as handball, badminton, volleyball, cycling, running, calisthenics, aerobics and yoga.

Dance

Through dance students learn teamwork and improvisational skills. Dance also enables students to better understand and analyse themselves by helping them to grow their real potential. Students at TIGWS learn pure form of Bharatnatyam and Rabindra Nritya.

Music

Music can help students to focus, relax, feel motivated, improve memory and make the process more enjoyable. Students at TIGWS learn Indian vocal music, Western music and Rabindra Sangeet as well as violin.
